OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND AMENDING THYONINGLMOSTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R74 - 18 described as follows :
Part of the NW', of the SW', of Section 1 , T16N , R30W ,
described as follows : Beginning at a point on the
North line of Highway 45 East which is 45 . 5 feet
North of the SW corner of said 40 acre tract , and
running thence North 241 . 5 feet , thence East 203 . 25
feet , thence South 211 feet more or less to the
North line of said Highway , thence Southwesterly
with the North line of said Highway to the place
of beginning , containing 1 acre , more or less .
From R - 1 , Low Density Residential District , to
C- 1 , Neighborhood Commercial . .Districf :
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law , and all
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed .
