AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R74 - 12 described as follows :
Part of the NE', of the SE4 of Section 22 , T16N , R30W ,
more particularly described as follows , to - wit :
Beginning at a point 40. ' feet south of the NE corner
of said 40 acre tract , and running , thence South 1280
feet , thence West 726 feet , thence North 1280 feet ,
thence East 726 feet to the point of beginning ,
containing 21 . 33 acres , more or less .
From R - 1 , Low Density Residential District , to I - 1 ,
Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby , amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law , and all
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed .
