AN ORDINANCE RESERVING CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR STREET
PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the following described property owned by
✓ the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , reserved
for street purposes :
A part of the NZ of the NE, of Section 29 ,
T16N , R30W , described as follows , to - wit :
Beginning at a point which is 44 . 3 feet S
and 305 . 6 feet West of the NE corner of
the NW quarter of the NE quarter of said
Section 29 ; thence South 5 feet ; thence E
150 feet ; thence North 10 degrees 1 ' W
to a point on the South line of Cato Springs
Road which is 150 feet East of the point of
beginning ; thence 150 feet West to the point
of beginning .
Also ,
Five feet of equal and uniform width along the
North side and five feet of equal and uniform
width along the West side of the folllowing
described property , to - wit : A part of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 29 , T16N , R30W , more particularly
described as follows , to -wit : Beginning at
a point which is 44 . 3 feet South and 305 . 6
feet West of the NE corner of said 40 acre
tract and running thence South 702 . 9 feet ;
thence West 701 . 2 feet to the East line of
Cato Springs Road ; thence North 16 degrees
14 ' E along the East line of said road 229 . 4
feet ; thence North 14 degrees 36 ' East along
the East line of said road 499 . 1 feet ; thence
East 511 . 2 feet to the point of beginning .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
