AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE - SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON CATO SPRINGS
ROAD .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large -
scale development plan of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
for property located on Cato Springs Road ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended acceptance of said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts and
confirms the large - scale development plan of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , to install a metal storage building at the
Water and Sewer Operations Center on Cato Springs Road . •'
. Section 2 . That this ordinance shall ' be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
