AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF A REPLAT OF
LOTS17 - 20 , BLOCK 5 , IN HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION , PHASE II ,
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND TO ACCEPT AND
CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat
known as the final plat of a replat of Lots 17 - 20 , Block
5 , in Highland Park Subdivision , Phase II , of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated
for public use the street and utility easements shown upon
said plat ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said
plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the final plat of a replat of
Lots 17 - 20 , Block 5 , in Highland Park Subdivision , Phase II ,
hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the street
and utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares
said street and utility easements to be public street and
utility easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes
the care , control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
