AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE- SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF
SHAKESPEARE OF ARKANSAS , INC , FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2601 SOUTH
SCHOOL AVENUE .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large-
scale development plan of Shakespeare of Arkansas , Inc . , for property
located at 2601 South School Avenue ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plan ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the large- scale development plan of Shakes -
peare of Arkansas , Inc . , for property located at 2601 South School
Avenue ,
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the time provided by law .
