AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE LARGE-SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF
LEWIS FORD SALES , INC . FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3373 NORTH COLLEGE
AVENUE .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large-
scale development plan of Lewis Ford Sales , Inc , for property located
at 3373 North College Avenue ; and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the large- scale development plan of Lewis
Ford Sales , Inc , , for property located at 3373 North College Avenue .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the time provided by law ,
