BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R74- 16 described as follows :
Part of the SW 1/ 4 of the NE 1/ 4 of Section 19 , T16N , R30W ,
and being more particularly described as beginning at a point
which is 210 feet East of the NW corner of said 40 acre
tract , and running thence East 57 feety thence South 150 East
280 feet to the North line of Highway 62 West ; thence in a
Southwesterly direction along the North line of said Highway
365 feet ; more or less , to its intersection with the West
line of said 40 acre tract ; thence North along said West
line to a point 112 feet South of the NW corner of said
40 acre tract ; thence East 210 feet ; thence North 112 feet
to the point of beginning ; containing 2 . 15 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial
District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the necessary
changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law , and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
