AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIE CMUTHE-ECffiTY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R74 - 15 described as follows :
Part of the SE 1/ 4 of the NW 1/ 4 of Section 19 , T16N , R30W ,
described as : Beginning at the NE corner of said 40 acre
tract , and running , thence South 49 . 5 feet ; thence South
710 West 116 . 5 feet for a point of beginning of the land
to be conveyed ; thence South 711 West 105 feet ; thence South
338 feet to the North line of U . S . Highway No . 62 ; thence
North 710 East 105 feet along the North line of Highway No .
62 ; thence North 338 feet to the place of beginning . Also
part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 19 in T16N ,
R30W , described as follows : Beginning at a point on the North
line of the right-of-way of the St , Louis and San Francisco
Railroad which is South 710 West 221 feet from the intersection
of the North line of right-of -way with the East line of said
40 acre tract , being _ 7 ,. 251;chains South of the NE corner of
t said 40 acre tract , and running thence North 398 . 52 feet ;
thence West 10 feet ; thence South to the North line of
said Railroad right-of -way ; thence Northeasterly with said

thence North 418 feet to the place of beginning , containing
1 acre , more or less ;. ( the South line of said one acre tract
being the North line of the former right-of -way of the St .
Louis -- San Francisco Railroad ) situate in Washington County ,
Arkansas .
