FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND AMENDING THE Z6#&91 $(ILUAICT MAP OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R74- 11 described as follows :
A part of the NE quarter of the SW quarter and a
part of the NW quarter of the SW quarter of Section
35 , T17N , R30W more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the NE corner of the West half of the NE
quarter of the SW quarter of said Section 35 , which
point is in the center of the Old County Road , and
running thence Southerly with the center of the Old
County Road 654 . 89 feet ; thence N 88 ° 33 ' 40 " W
1028 . 04 feet ; thence N 79 ° 20 ' 20 " W 291 . 12 feet ;
thence Northerly to the point which is 1320 feet
West of the beginning point ; thence E 1320 feet to
the point of beginning , containing 20 acres , more or
less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R- 2 , Medium Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby, amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the necessary
changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law , and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
