NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the Large_ Scale Development Plan of Northwest National Bank for property located on Millsap Road east of Highway 71B , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and utility easements shown therein , and hereby declare said easements to be public easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of the same .
