AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1897 TO PORRECTL�AN' ERROR
IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY DESIGNATED�CEN ORDINANCE
N0 , 1897 AS R73 - 2 ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 1897 of the Code of Ordinances ,
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to read as follows :
(b ) PETITION R73 - 2 .
A part of the NE ', of Section 17 , T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , and
a part of the SE4 of Section 8 , T - 16 - N , R - 30 -W , more
particularly described as : Beginning at a point 20
feet West of the Southeast corner of the SW', of the
SE', of Section 8 ; thence running North along the West
right - of - way line of Razorback Road to a point where
said West line intersects with the South right - of - way
line of Cardwell Lane ; thence West along the South
right - of - way line of Cardwell Lane to ' a point where
said South line intersects with the East right - of -
way line of Oliver Avenue ; thence South along the
East right - of - way line of Oliver Avenue to a point
where said East line intersects with the North right -
of - way line of Halsell Road ; thence South 3S0 feet ,
more or less , to a point located on the North line of
Lot 3 in Hornsby Addition ; thence East 80 feet , more
or less , to the Northeast corner of Lot 3 in Hornsby
Addition ; thence South along the East line of Lots 3 ,
2 and 1 in Hornsby Addition and South along the East
right - of - way line of Thomas Avenue to a point on the
North right - of - way line of Hotz Drive ; thence East
along said North line of Hotz Drive to a point on
the West right - of - way line of Razorback Road ; thence
North along the West right - of - way line of Razorback
Road to the point of beginning . From R - 3 , High Density
Residential District , to R - 1 , Low Density Residential
District .
