BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R74 - 9 described as follows :
Beginning at a point which is 334 rods South of the
Quarter Section corner between Sections 21 and 28 in
T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , and running thence North 89z degrees
West 7 . 15 rods , thence South 16 . 3 rods , thence South
88Z degrees East 19 . 4 rods to the West boundary line
of the Fayetteville and West Fork Road ; thence North
21 degrees East with the west boundary of said road
18 . 3 rods , thence North 89Z degrees West 194 rods
to the beginning , containing 2 � acres , being a part
of the NE4 , NW4 of said Sec . 28 , . 73 of an acre ;
and a part of NW4 of the NE4 of said section , con -
taining 1 . 77 acres . AND ALSO another lot or parcel
of land beginning at a point which is 331 rods
South of the Quarter Section corner between Sections
21 and 28 in T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , and running thence N
894 degrees West 7 . 15 rods for a beginning point
to the land hereby conveyed , and running thence N
89i degrees West 7 rods and 6 feet , thence South
16 . 3 rods , thence South 88i degrees East 7 rods
and 6 feet to the SW corner of the lot first above
described which was conveyed to John J . Garrison
by Mrs . L . E . Manahan , thence North 16 . 3 rods

Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the necessary changes
provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication , and all
ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
