AN ORDINANCE GRANTING EVERETT J . COLE A PERMIT TO OPERATE
A NON - EMERGENCY TRANSFER AMBULANCE SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES ,
WHEREAS , Everett J . Cole has made application to the City of
Fayetteville for a permit to operate a non - emergency transfer
ambulance service within the city ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the
public convenience and necessity requires the proposed ambulance
service ; and
�\ WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that Everett
J . Cole is a fit , financially responsible person with proper
equipment to render the proposed service .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Everett J , Cole be , and he hereby is ,
granted a permit to operate a non - emergency transfer ambulance
service within the City of Fayetteville upon filing with the City
Clerk a liability insurance policy or policies carrying minimum
limits of $ 20 , 000 for injury to or death of any one person , $ 50 , 000
for injury or death resulting to more than one person as a result
of any one accident , and $ 5 , 000 property damage , or cash bonds
in lieu thereof , as required by Section 3A - 5 of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances .
Section 2 . That the permit and the operation of the ambulance
service authorized hereby , shall be subject to all provisions and
regulations contained in Chapter 3A of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances .
Section 3 . That the permit granted hereby shall extend for
a period of one year and shall be renewable as provided by Section
3A - 5 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances .
