AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING UTTL'I'TY :.EASEMENTS
IN PRAIRIE VIEW ADDITION TO THE ✓CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the Developer of Prairie View Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , dedicated certain Utility Ease -
ments to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , when the final
plat of said Addition was filed for record on May 1 , 1956 ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , deems it desirable to vacate and abandon certain of said
Utility Easements .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
releases , vacates , and abandons all its rights , together with the
right of the public generally , in and to the following described
Utility Easements :
Five ( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width
along the East side of Lot 21 and Five
( 5 ) feet of equal and uniform width along
the West side of Lot 22: in Prairie View
Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ;
Which easements are shown on the final plat of Prairie
View Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , said plat
being recorded in the Deed Records of Washington County in Book
486 at . page- ,,6 .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk be , and she hereby is ,
authorized and directed to make and initial the following notation
alongside the easements described in Section 1 hereof :
This Easement vacated by the Fayetteville Board
of Directors with the passager4R,f Ordinance No ,
a� on the -4f1c,'At. day of 1974 .
Section 3 : A copy of this Ordinance , duly certified by
the City Clerk , shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County .
