WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the final plat of Hyland Park Subdivision , Phase II , Block 5 to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated for the public use the street and utility easements shown upon said plat . WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptances of said plat . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the final plat of Hyland Park Subdivision , Phase II , Block 5 , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares said street and ut1lity easements to be public street and utility easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
