AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIESy' INSTRE- ;CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : AND AMENDING THE ZDNING; DISTRICT MAP
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby , changed as follows :
R74 - 7 described as follows :
The petition of Mr . Frank E . Ashby for
property located at 2262 South School Avenue ;
more particularly described as follows ;
Part of the NW4 of the NE', of Sec . 28 ,
T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , being more particularly
described as follows , to - wit : Beginning
at a point on the East right - of - way of
U . S . Highway 71 , which is 184 . 53 feet East
and 783 . 77 feet South of the NIV corner
of said 40 acre tract and running thence
East 308 feet ; thence N 19 degrees 30 minutes
East , 140 feet ; thence N 81 degrees 11 minutes
30 seconds W , 290 . 39 feet ; thence S 21 degrees
W , 189 feet , to the point of beginning . Con -
taining 1 . 13 acres , more or less . To rezone
from R - 1 , Low Density Residential District to
C - 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ;
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
