AN ORDINANCEIAMENDING THE GENERAL LAND USE PLAN OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , deems it desirable to amend the General Land Use Property
Plan for property located on both sides of Highway 62 West from
Highway 71 Bypass to the Farmington - Fayetteville city limits .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the General Land Use Plan of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for property located on both sides
of Highway 62 West from Highway 71 Bypass to the Farmington -
Fayetteville city limits be , and the same hereby is , amended
by deleting the provisions for service roads within the said
property .
Section 2 . That all ordinances in conflict herewith ,
and specifically Ordinance No . 1940 , be , and hereby are
repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .

1974 .
