AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (a) OF ORDINANCE NO . 1897 ; TO CORRECT
AN ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY REZONED ; AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 (a) of Ordinance No . 1897 is hereby amended
to read as follows :
(a) PETITION NO . R72 -45 :
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
28 in Township 16 North of Range 30 West , described as follows :
Beginning at a point 1 rod South and 12 rods East of the Northwest
corner of said forty acre tract , and running , thence South 15 degrees
West 403; feet for a place of beginning , and running , thence South
15 degrees West 149 . 67 feet ; thence East 2S8 feet ; thence North
14 degrees East parallel with and 30 feet equidistant from the center-
line of U . S . Highway No . 71 , 89 . 61 feet ; thence North 77 degrees
West 253 feet to the place of beginning .

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith be ,
