AN ORDINANCE WAIVING COMPEThTI,VE ; TBdD REQUIREMEN��S��FORLMI[.�l
PURCHASE OF ASPHALT AND EMUI;SION. , 03-L_; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , the City of ' Fayet'teville is in need of purchasing
asphalt and emulsion oil ; and
WHEREAS , the City has advertised for bids for the purchase
of asphalt and emulsion oil but has received no firm bid .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That pursuant to Ark , Stat . Ann . Sec . 19 - 4425
the requirements of competitive bidding for the purchase of
asphalt and emulsion oil bejand are hereby , waived for the
remainder of the 1974 calendar year ,
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
