AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM TREfft'MCATION OF PUBLIC
STREET AND UTILTIY EASEMENTS IN THE PLAN OF-; S,WILLtIIAM- 'GB GIESE FOR
A LOT SPLIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON OLD MISSOURI `ROA;D APPROX -
IMATELY % MILE FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH ZION ROAD .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plan for a lot split
for property located on Old Missouri Raod approximately k mile
from its intersection with Zion Road , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has approved the acceptance of said plan , and
WHEREAS , the property owner has offered to dedicate pub -
lic street and utility easements .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the public street and
utility easements described in the exhibit attached hereto ,
marked exhibit " a " , and made a part hereof ; said easements
being located within the property proposed for a lot split
by William G . Giese on Old Missouri Road approximately ',
mile from its intersection with Zion Road . The City of
Fayetteville hereby declares said easements to be public
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the
care , control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
