AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICAIIONLflF` PUBLIC
STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF BUCKNER FRIENDSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2750 WYMAN ROAD .

WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the
large scale development plan of Buckner Friendship Baptist Church
for property located at 2750 Wyman Road , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has approved the acceptance of said plan , and
WHEREAS , the developer has offered to dedicate the public
street and utility easements shown in said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
. Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the public street and
utility easements described in the exhibit attached hereto ,
marked exhibit " a" , and made a part hereof ; said easements being
located within the large scale development plan of Buckner Friend -
ship Baptist Church for property located within the large scale
development plan of Buckner Friendship Baptist Church for property
located at 2750 Wyman Road . The City of Fayetteville hereby declares
said easements to be public easements and the Board of Directors
hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
