STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE LARGE SCALE AF�1> � OP,EIE;NT LAN
OF P . J . TOBIN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON TOWNSHIP RbAD.' fitTW6NR
COLLEGE AVENUE AND GREGG AVENUE . C '"cflii
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large
scale development plan of P . J . Tobin for property located on
Township Road between College Avenue and Gregg Avenue , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has approved the acceptance of said plan , and
WHEREAS , the developer has offered to dedicate the public
street and utility easements shown in said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the . public street and
utility easements described in the exhibit / attached hereto ,
marked exhibit " a" , and made a part hereof ; said easements
being located within the large scale development plan of
P . J . Tobin for property located on Township Road between College
Avenue and Gregg Avenue . jThe City of Fayetteville hereby declares
said easements . to be public easemenis and the Board of Directors
hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of the same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication .
