! AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CO IRM THF 0ED -CATION OF PUBLIC
STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE LARGE SCAhE"+•`DEVELOPMENT PLAN
OF MAUPIN CUMMINGS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 62 WEST BE -
TWEEN EASTERN AND LEWIS AVENUES .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large
scale development plan of Maupin Cummings for property located
on Highway 62 West between Eastern and Lewis Avenues , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has approved the acceptance of said plan , and
WHEREAS , the developer has offered to dedicate the public
street and utility easements shown in said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the public street and utility
easements described in the exhibit attached hereto , marked exhibit
"A" , and made a part hereof ; said easements being located within
the large scale development plan of Maupin Cummings for property
located on Highway 62 West between Eastern and Lewis Avenues . The
City of Fayetteville hereby declares said easements to be public
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care ,
control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
