AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDTCAT"FO'N, O�'
PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS SHOWN INJL,TIj � �1RCEtGAIE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF GENERAL GROWTH PROPERTIES WCATiH CBETidEN
THE NORTHWEST ARKANSAS PLAZA AND NELSON ' S FUNERAL HOME .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat
known as the large scale development plan of General Growth
Property located between the Northwest Arkansas Plaza
and Nelson ' s Funeral Home , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has approved said plan , and
WHEREAS , the developer has offered to dedicate the street
and utility easements shown in said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the public street and
utility easements shown in the large - scale development plan of
General Growth Properties for that property located between
the Northwest Arkansas Plaza and Nelson ' s Funeral Home , and
hereby declares said easements to be public easements and the
Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control , and jur -
isdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publica -
tion .

1974 .
