ON THE SOUTH AND WEST BY HIGHWAY 71 , AND ON THE NORTH BY THE HIGH- E a Y t
WAY 16 BYPASS (FIFTEENTH STREET) ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS on February 11 1974 the Fayetteville Plann,n
Commission
certified to the Fayetteville Board of Directors an
amendment to the General Land Use Plan for an area bounded on the `1
East by Highway 71B , on the South and West by Highway 71 , and on 77,
the North by the Highway 16 Bypass (Fifteenth Street) with a re- C) L J
a�
commendation that the amendment be adopted .
✓ NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the General Land Use Property Plan
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas for that property located
in an area bounded on the East by Highway 71B , on the South and
West by Highway 71 , and on the North by the Highway 16 Bypass
(Fifteenth Street ) be amended as shown on the plat which is
attached hereto , marked exhibit A , and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and resolutions , are
parts thereof , in conflict herewith be , and they hereby are ,
repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval , and publication .
