AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL LAND USE :'RROP(ERTY PLAN
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN HANSHEW AVENUE ANY'tHE FARMINGTON -
FAYETTEVILLE CITY LIMITS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
Whereas , on September 18 , 1973 , the Fayetteville Board
of Directors requested the Planning Commission to make a
recommendation regarding the General Land Use Plan for property
+ located along Highway No . 62 West between Hanshew Avenue and
the Farmington - Fayetteville city limits ; and
Whereas , on January 8 , 1974 , the Fayetteville Planning
Commission certified to the Fayetteville Board of Directors
an amendment to the Land Use Plan for said property with a
recommendation that the amendment be adopted .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the General Land Use Property Plan of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas for that property located
along Highway No . 62 West between Hanshew Avenue and the Farm -
ington - Fayetteville city limits be amended as shown on the
plat which is attached hereto , marked exhibit A , and made a
part hereof .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and resolutions , or parts
thereof , in conflict herewith be , and they hereby are , repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
