WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Direc - tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the final plat of Rosewood Estates Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated for the public use the easements shown upon said plat . WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayette - ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat . NOW , THEREFORE. , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the final plat of Rosewood Estates Subdivision , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the easements shown therein , and hereby declares said easements to be public easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of same . Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publica - tion . PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 1973 .
