AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE d N� u� , I t1 . OF
CLOVER CREEK SUBDIVISION , A REPLAT OF PART O�MADOWL'ARK
ADDITION ; AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF PUB -
LIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Direc -
tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as
the final plat of Clover Creek Subdivision , a replat of part
of Meadowlark Addition , to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
in which the owner has dedicated for the public use the street
and utility easements shown upon said plat .
WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC -
TORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the final plat of Clover Creek
Subdivision , a replat of part of Meadowlark Addition , con -
ditioned upon the granting of the sewer easement indicated
on said plat which is outside the property described thereon ;
hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and
utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares said
street and utility easements to be public street and utility
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care ,
control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publica -
tion .
