AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES INi:THE;LCITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the follow -
ing property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R73 - 38 described as :
A part of the Southeast Quarter ( SEk ) of the Southeast
Quarter ( SE4 ) of Section Twenty - six ( 26 ) , and a part of
the Northeast Quarter (NE', ) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE', ) of Section Thirty - five ( 35 ) , and also all of lots
2 , 3 and 4 of Block 1 , Oakland Hills Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , all in Township 17 North ,
Range 30 West , of the Fifth P . M . and being ..-more particularly
described as follows :
Starting at the- Southwest ( SW) corner of the Southeast
Quarter ( SE4 ) of the Southe2st Quarter ( SEk ) of said
Section Twenty - six ( 26 ) , thence east Forty feet ( 401 ) ;
thence north 0 degrees 6 minutes 851 , thence south 89
degrees 34 minutes east 599 . 52 feet to the point of
beginning ; said point of beginning being the Northwest
(NW) corner of Lot 2 , Block 1 , of Oakland Hills Addition ;
thence south 89 degrees 34 minutes east 300 feet to the
Northeast (NE ) corner of Lot 4 , Block 1 , Oakland Hills
Addition , thence south 970 feet ; thence west 300 feet ;
thence north 972 . 27 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 6 . 69 acres , more or less .

Office ) District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
