BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the zone classification of the follow - ing property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated : R73 - 37 described as : Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW', ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW', ) of the Northeast Quarter (NE', ) of Section Fifteen ( 15 ) , Township 16 North , Range 30 West in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , described as beginning at a point which is Three Hundred Fifty feet ( 3501 ) East and Five Hundred Twenty Three feet ( 5231 ) South of the Northwest (NW) corner of said ten ( 10 ) acre tract , said point being in the -south line of Lafayette Avenue in said city , and running thence south One Hund - red Thirty Seven feet ( 1371 ) to the South line of said ten ( 10 ) acre tract ; thence East Three Hundred Ten feet ( 3101 ) to the Southeast corner ( SE ) of said ten ( 10 ) acre tract ; thence North on the East line of said ten ( 10 ) acre tract Four .
