BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the follow -
ing property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R73 - 36 described as :
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4 ) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW; ) of Section Ten ( 10 ) in Township Sixteen
( 16 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West , described as be -
ginning Three Hundred Forty Two feet ( 3421 ) and Five
inches ( 511 ) East and Fifty - five ( 55 ) poles North of
the Southwest corner ( SW) of said Forty ( 40 ) acre
tract , and running , thence East Fifty - three feet ( 531 )
and Eight inches ( 8 " ) , thence South One Hundred Seven -
ty Eight feet ( 178 ' ) ; thence West Fifty - three feet
( 53 ' ) and Eight inches ( 8 " ) ; thence North One Hundred
Seventy Eight feet ( 1781 ) to the point of beginning ,
except Six feet ( 61 ) of uniform width off the North
side thereof reserved for alley or street purposes .
From R - 1 ( Low Density Residential ) District , to R - 0
( Residential Office ) District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and desig -
nate the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publica -
tion , and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
