AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM CTHE LARGE, SCALE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF DAYTON STRATTON FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON
19TH STREET EAST OF HIGHWAY 71b ; AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM
THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THERE -
IN .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Direc -
tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as
the large scale development plan of Dayton Stratton for prop -
erty located on 19th Street east of Highway 71b , and ,
WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat
conditioned upon the dedication of an additional five feet
along 19th Street and the dedication of 30 feet on the western
edge of the property .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby accepts and confirms the large scale development plan
of Dayton Stratton for property located on 19th Street east
of Highway 71b conditioned upon the dedication of an addi -
tional 5 feet along 19th Street and the dedication of 30
feet along the western edge of the property for street and
utility purposes , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication
of said street and utility easements , and hereby declares
said street and utility easements to be public street and
utility easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes
the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publica -
tion .
