AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE LARGE' lSCALE DEVEL -
OPMENT PLAN OF FARM SERVICE CO - OP LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION
OF HIGHWAY 62 WEST AND HIGHWAY 71b SOUTH .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the Large
Scale Development Plan of Farm Service Co - operative located at
the intersection of Highway 62 West and Highway 71b South , and ,
WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the Large Scale Development Plan of Farm
Service Co - operative located at the intersection of Highway 62
West and Highway 71b South .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
