WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the Large Scale Development Plan of Orthopedic Clinic located at 1673 North College Avenue , and , WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette - ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat conditioned upon the dedication of additional right of way in an amount necessary to conform to the existing Master Street Plan and for the construction of the 60 - foot turn radius at the Southwest corner of Sycamore Street and College Avenue . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the Large Scale Development Plan of Ortho - pedic Clinic located at 1673 North College Avenue conditioned upon the dedication of additional right of way in an amount necessary to conform to the existing Master Street Plan along Sycamore Street and for the construction of a 60 - foot turn radius at the Southwest corner of Sycamore Street and College Avenue , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication of said street easements , and hereby declares said easements to be public easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
