WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the Large Scale Development Plan of Tyson Foods , Inc . , for an airport hangar located at Drake Field , and , WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms the Large Scale Development Plan of Tyson Foods , Inc . for an airport hangar at Drake Field . Section 2 .
