AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE PLAN OF WARREN WEST
FOR LOT SPLITS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON OLD WIRE ROAD NORTH , AND
TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF STREET EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plan proposing the split -
ting of lots on property located on Old Wire Road North , and ,
WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plan conditioned
upon the dedication of additional right of way on Old Wire Road
in an amount necessary to conform to the existing Master Street
Plan .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
approves the plan of Warren West for lot splits for property lo -
cated on Old Wire Road North conditioned upon the dedication of
additional right of way on Old Wire Road in an amount necessary
to conform to the existing Master Street Plan hereby accepts and
confirms the dedication of said right of way and assumes the care ,
control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
