AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THEUCITY ' OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
properties be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R73 - 33Tract 1 described as :
A parcel of land lying in the West Half (Wh ) of the West
Half (W' ) of the West Half (Wh ) of the Southwest Quarter
( SW; ) of Section 24 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West ,
and being more particularly described as follows , to - wit :
Starting at the Southwest ( SW) corner of the Southwest
Quarter ( SWk ) of Section 24 , thence North 1 , 845 feet to
the point of beginning , thence North 150 feet to the center
of Zion Road , thence East along said centerline 330 feet ,
thence South 150 feet , thence West 330 feet to the point
of beginning , and containing 1 . 13 acres , more or less .
From A - 1 (Agricultural ) District , to R - 2 (Medium Density
Residential ) District .
R73 - 33 Tract 2 described as :
A parcel of land lying in the West Half (W' ) of the West
Half (W' ) of the West Half (W' ) of the Southwest Quarter
( SW'k ) of Section 24 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West
and being more particularly described as follows , to -wit :
Beginning at the Southwest ( SW) corner of the Southwest
Quarter ( SW; ) of Section 24 , thence North 1 , 845 feet , thence
East 330 feet , thence South 1 , 845 feet , thence West 330
feet to the point of beginning , and containing 13 . 97 acres ,
more or less .

Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and is hereby , amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the neces -
sary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication and
all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed .
