AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE LARGE SCALE DEVEL -
OPMENT PLAN OF HIGHWAY 16 EAST ANIMAL CLINIC ; AND TO ACCEPT
AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF THE STREET AND/ OR UTILITY EASE -
MENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the Large
Scale Development Plan of Highway 16 East Animal Clinic , located
on Highway 16 East , in which the owner has dedicated for the
public use street and/ or utility easements shown upon said plat .
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas has recommended the acceptance of said plat sub -
ject to certain conditions .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
accepts and confirms the Large Scale Development Plan of High -
way 16 Animal Clinic , subject to those conditions imposed by
the Planning Commission , hereby accepts and confirms the dedica -
tion of the street and/ or utility easements shown therein , and
hereby declares said utility easements to be public utility
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care ,
control and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
