AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE LARGE SCALE DEVEL -
OPMENT PLAN OF FRANK SHARP ; AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE
DEDICATION OF STREET AND/ OR UTILITY EASEMENTS .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas a plat known as the Large
Scale Development Plan of Frank Sharp , for property located on
Highway 62 West , in which the owner has dedicated for the public
use street and/ or utility easements shown upon said plat .
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat
subject to certain conditions .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the Large Scale Development Plan of Frank
Sharp , subject to those conditions imposed by the Planning Commis -
sion , hereby confirms and accepts the dedication of the street
and/ or utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares said
street and/ or utility easements to be public utility easements
and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and
jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
