AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CITY OWNEDPPROPERTY
FOR STREET PURPOSES , CIRCUIT CLI ; %
WHEREAS , the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is the owner
of certain real property north of the Veterans Hospital and
abutting Sycamore Street ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , deems it desirable to use a portion of said
property for the purpose of widening Sycamore Street .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Street Department of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and hereby is , authorized to make
use of the following described real property for the purpose
of constructing , laying down , widening , and maintaining
Sycamore Street , and appurtenances thereto :
Beginning at a point which is 25 feet east and 25 feet
south of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West ; thence south 20 feet ; thence east 1 , 295
feet ; thence north 20 feet ; thence west 1 , 295 feet to
the point of beginning .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
