ALMA KOLLNiEYER
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL LAND USE PEWTO'F ETHE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , deems it desirable to amend the general land
use property plan for property located on both sides of High -
way 62 West from Highway 71 Bypass to the Farmington - Fayette -
ville City Limits .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the general land use plan of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same hereby is , amended as
shown on the plat , attached hereto , marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof .
Section 2 . That all prior ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
