CDUMTY ARKANSAS ALMA KOLLMEYL.R AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM T9E� OLAR'GE !'SCALE DEVEL - OPMENT PLAN OF SAM TAYLOR ; AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN , WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Direc - tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as the large scale development plan of Sam Taylor for a single = family dwelling on property on Stonebridge Road , in which the owner has dedicated for the public use utility easements shown upon said plat . WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette - ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , here - by accepts and confirms the dedication of the utility ease - ments shown therein , and hereby declares said utility ease - ments to be public utility easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
