OPMENT PLAN OF JAMES E . HOLDER ; AND TO ACCFEP-VPAND"4GbNFIRM THE
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS AND UTILITY EAS29iEkS"THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Direc -
tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat , known as
the large scale development plan of James E . Holder , for prop -
erty located on North College Avenue between Wheeler Motor
Company and Wyatt ' s Cafeteria , in which the owner has dedicated
for the public use the street and utility easements shown
upon said plat .
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the large scale development plan submitted
by James E . Holder upon condition that the conditions and require -
ments imposed by the Planning Commission be met .
Section 2 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and utility
easements shown therein , and hereby declares said street and
utility easements to be public street and utility easements
and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care , control ,
and jurisdiction of same .
Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
