ALMA KOLLMEYER
AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE FI1W UPLWT '1OF
WINWOOD II SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ;
AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS
AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , there has been presented to the Board of Direc -
tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as
the final plat of Winwood II Subdivision to the City of Fay -
etteville , Arkansas , in which the owner has dedicated for the
public use the street and utility easement shown upon said
plat .
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , here -
by accepts and confirms the dedication of the street and
utility easements shown therein , and hereby declares said
street and utility easements to be public street . and utility
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care ,
control , and jurisdiction of same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
