AN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , it has been recommended to the Board of Directors
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that an ordinance be
adopted naming and designating a certain street "Armstrong
Avenue " .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the street herefore known as Industrial
Park Road be and the same hereby is , renamed and designated
"Armstrong Avenue " .
Section 2 • That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 1973 .
