AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE LARGE KIK" ;
DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF PAUL YOUNG , INC . FOR PROPERINRINCI4 Ebl
ON OLD MISSOURI ROAD NORTH OF BUTTERFIELD TRAIL SCHOOL ;
AND TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET AND
UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
WHEREAS , There has been presented to the Board of Direc -
tors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a plat known as
the large scale development plan of Paul Young , Inc . for • pro -
erty located on Old Missouri Road North of Butterfield Trail
School , and ,
WHEREAS , The Planning Commission of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , has recommended the acceptance of said plat .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby
accepts and confirms the large scale development plan of Paul
Young , Inc . for property located on Old Missouri Road North of
Butterfield Trail School , hereby accepts and confirms the dedication
of said street and utility easements , and hereby declares said
street and utility easements to be public streets and utility
easements and the Board of Directors hereby assumes the care ,
control and jurisdiction of . same .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
