AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES' NCLTHELCTDTY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the follow -
ing property be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
R73 - 27 described as :
Part of the NE', of the NW', of Sec . 7 in T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W ,
described as follows , to - wit : Beginning 40 ft . North and 35
ft . West of the SE corner of said 40 acre tract and running .
thence North 88 . 6 ft . ; thence West 160 ft . ; thence South 88 . 6
11 ft . ; thence East 160 ft . to the point of beginning .
ALSO
Part of the NE',of the NW4 of Sec . 7 in T - 16 - N , R - 30 - W , and more
particularly described as follows , to - wit : Beginning at a
point 35 ft . West and 128 . 6 ft . North of the SE corner of
said 40 acre tract , and running thence North 88 . 6 ft . ,
thence West 160 ft . , thence South 88 . 6 ft . , thence East 160
ft . to the point of beginning .
From A - 1 (Agricultural ) District , to R - 2 (Medium Density
Residential ) District .
' Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and hereby is , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed .
