AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IWTAEECITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1747 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES , FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND AMENDING THE
ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
properties be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
(A) R73 - 13 - described as :
Lots 1 and 2 . Block 17 , Jennings Addition , Fayette -
ville , Washington County , Arkansas EXCEPT that portion
of Lot 2 lying in Highway 71 .
From R - 0 , Residential - Office District to C - 3 , Central
Commercial District .
( B ) R73 - 14 - described as :
Part of the East half of Section 33 , T - 17 - N , R - 30 - W ,
being more particularly described as follows , to - wit :
Beginning at the intersecting point to the West R . O . W .
of Hwy . 112 and the South R . O . W . of Hwy . 71 , said
point being approximately 1435 ft . East and approxi -
mately 2 , 150 . 0 ft . South of the NW corner of said East
half , and running thence North 87 degrees 59 ' West ,

to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the necessary changes provided for in Section
1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage , approval and
publication and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
