AN ORDINANCE REZONING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
properties be , and is hereby , changed as indicated :
i
( a) R - 73 - 6 - described as :
Part of the SW1 / 4 of the SE1 / 4 of Section 21 , T - 16 - N ,
R- 30 - W , of the 5th P . M . described as beginning at a
point on the West side of State Highway road which is
418 1 / 2 feet South along said West line of road from
its intersection with the North line of said 40 acre
tract , and running thence South 65 feet ; thence West
200 feet ; thence North 65 feet ; thence East 200 feet
to the place of beginning , except that part along the
East side that lies in the road , containing 0 . 2 acres
more or less .
From R - 2 , Medium Density Residential District , to C - 2 ,
Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas be , and it is hereby , amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided for in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage , approval , publication ,
and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
with are hereby repealed .
